My grandma had a dog that used to mate with the wolfs by our river! “We stay on that rez” and when my grandma dog would have pups. All her grandchild got a pup! Those dogs were beasts when they got older. Damn I miss those days!
I have one. They give ZERO warning and there is no holding back. She's well socialized and they're impossible to train any tricks. Just the basics. I work with a behavioral trainer and they say that's just what they are. Sight hounds are hard to train. She loves snuggles and cuddles but she has a sharp side.
