今回リバイバルされる楽曲は、菅野よう子による作曲で、世の少女達に多大な影響を与えてきた大人気作品「カードキャプターさくら」のテレビアニメ第3期さくらカード編のオープニングテーマにもなった坂本真綾の「プラチナ」。
この楽曲を、デビュー間もなく Ado や King & Prince などアーティストへの楽曲提供も積極的に行っているボカロPの伊根が、歌い手のわかばやしをフィーチャリングして再構築。
