a) Akihabara is the electronics district in Tokyo.
b) Kabukicho is the adult entertainment district in Tokyo.
c) Kato Cha (literally Kato “Tea” is the stagename of a Japanese comedian). I guess he was a thin guy back in the day..
d) CHA-CHA was a Japanese idol group (the sign actually has the surname of one of CHA-CHA’s members).
There are a lot of puns and wordplay in these skits. I did what I could.
