千葉県松戸市にあるあじさいの名所、本土寺を訪れました。
境内はとても広く、五重塔や本堂、花菖蒲池など見どころが多く、一周するだけでも十分に楽しめます。
今回は2026年5月31日時点の、あじさいと花菖蒲の開花状況をお届けします。本土寺は「あじさい寺」として知られ、境内には約1万株のあじさいが咲く関東有数の名所です。
境内を歩きながら、現在の開花状況や雰囲気をリアルに記録しました。
動画の後半では、本土寺のお土産売り場の様子や、流山市前ヶ崎にある「あじさい通り」の開花状況も紹介しています。

鎌倉を代表する紫陽花名所、長谷寺 の「あじさい路」を歩いてきました。

今回は2026年5月30日時点の開花状況をお伝えします。

境内の斜面に広がる「あじさい路」では、多くの紫陽花が咲き始めており、すでに多くの参拝客や観光客で賑わっていました。週末ということもあり、あじさい路には長い行列ができ、鎌倉を代表する紫陽花シーズンの到来を感じる光景となっていました。

I visited Hondoji Temple, one of Chiba Prefecture’s most famous hydrangea destinations, located in Matsudo City.

The temple grounds are very spacious and feature many attractions, including a five-story pagoda, the main hall, and an iris pond. Simply walking around the entire grounds is an enjoyable experience.

In this video, I share the blooming conditions of the hydrangeas and Japanese irises as of May 31, 2026. Hondoji Temple is widely known as the “Hydrangea Temple” and is one of the Kanto region’s premier hydrangea spots, with approximately 10,000 hydrangea plants throughout the grounds.

As I walk around the temple, I document the current blooming conditions and overall atmosphere.

In the second half of the video, I also introduce the temple’s souvenir shops and the blooming conditions along Hydrangea Street in Maegasaki, Nagareyama City.

I hope this video will be helpful for anyone planning to visit Hondoji Temple this season.

I also walked along the famous Hydrangea Path at Hasedera Temple, one of Kamakura’s most popular hydrangea destinations.

This footage shows the blooming conditions as of May 30, 2026.

The hydrangeas along the hillside path had already begun to bloom beautifully, attracting many visitors and worshippers. Since it was a weekend, long lines formed along the Hydrangea Path, creating a scene that truly marked the arrival of Kamakura’s hydrangea season.
