7年後の第63回神宮式年遷宮に向けて、
伊勢神宮内宮の別宮「倭姫宮」で「木造始祭」が執り行われました。御木曳初式で奉曳された御木に小工が忌斧を打ち入れる所作をし、御造営の工事が始まる際に行われる祭です。

This ceremony, which is part of the preparations for the 63rd “Shikinen Sengū”, the once-in-20-year rebuilding of Ise Jingū (Ise Grand Shrine), marks the start of wooden construction work on the shrine structures.
