As a potato lover, I was so excited to find a dedicated potato cafe in Hakodate!! I was super happy with every potato dish we had, especially the ice cream which I would have ordered more of if the weather had been warmer. If you are looking for variety, the fried potatoes are the best option; we got to try about 4 different kinds of potatoes!⁣

The potatoes they use for their dishes change depending on the season. If you live locally, you can also buy potatoes to use at home!! I was super impressed with their potato wall that showcases the 55 potatoes they have on rotation.⁣
