This time, we’re taking a walk around Hiratsuka Station.
Step out of the North Exit and you’ll find a station area with a comfortable, lived-in feel. Chain stores stand side by side with old local bars — it’s Shonan, but not overly touristy, carrying the scent of everyday life. Wander a little through the shopping streets, and you’ll come across Showa-era signs and quiet back alleys that suddenly appear.
