I love ramen, and I like them even more when there are bean sprouts in it (I feel that its a bit "healthier" that way 🙂). But I really dont know how I would eat this mountain of sprouts, without them falling all over the table or counter.
P.S. At the end of the video I see the trick: you have to move the mountain of sprouts to a separate plate.

自分好みのベース味で見た目からして好きだから行きたい気持ちもあるケド距離がアルのとそもそも地震で道が限られてそうだから無理なのかねぇ、因みに自分は富山在住です。
オープン日から通わせて頂いてます。
今入院してるので、退院したら帰りに行きたいと思います。
