The city of Sapporo Hokkaido Japan engulfed by a powerful snowstorm with winds reaching 11m/s.

Following the extreme blizzard in the suburbs, this video captures the scene in central Sapporo on the morning of February 19, 2026. Starting at 7:42 AM from Odori Station(Subway)Exit12, I walk through the iconic Red Brick Terrace and in front of the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building toward Sapporo Station and Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo.

    Since tourists usually frequent the Odori and Sapporo Station areas, this video is extremely useful for those planning to visit Sapporo in winter, helping them set realistic expectations should they encounter unforeseen weather conditions brought by Mother Nature.

    I was most impressed by the beeline of workers walking in an orderly manner toward their workplaces amid such a severe blizzard, when umbrellas were rendered completely useless. Of course, kudos as well to WalkerJapan4Kさん, as every single snowfall video was filmed without using an umbrella, creating a truly realistic viewing experience for viewers.

    I swear i love watching your videos , and this is my first comment 😂 i' ve been watching you since last year, you were in fuokokka that time😅 and now you are in sapporo 😂 … I live in a tropical country.. so we don't have snow here😂
