ペンケ沼、北海道の宗谷にある巨大な沼地。
最果て感のあるサロベツ原野の中にあり沼の形状は変化に富んでいます。
にもかかわらず整然とした直線に区切られた広大な農地がすぐ横にあり
大自然と人間の造形との対比が面白いです。
ペンケ沼は、
このまえ紹介したパンケ沼のすぐ近くにあります。
名前もパンケとペンケですごく似ていてややこしい。
アイヌ語で、ペンケが上流、パンケが下流ということらしい。
サロベツ川の上流にあるのがこのペンケ沼になります。
このまえの下流のパンケ沼は周囲はサロベツ原野でしたが
このペンケのほうは沼の近くまで広大な農地が広がってました。
整然とした直線が横たわる光景は、都会とは異なる種類の人類の芸術に見えました。
パンケのほうは、くっくりした円形の輪郭を形成していましたが、こちらのペンケのほうは、いくつもの干潟と水面が入り組んでいて、つねに自由に形を変化させているような印象を受けました。
水面にはいくつかの丸い島が見えていましたが浮島という話もあります。
10月の北海道は、渡り鳥の季節で、撮影中にもたくさんの渡り鳥のグループと遭遇しました。
ペンケ沼と同時に広大な農地もここならではの光景ですのでぜひ見てもらいたいです。
この日は風が強かったので水上には近づかないように撮影しました。

Penke swamp, a huge swamp in Soya, Hokkaido. Located in the farthest end of the Sarobetsu wilderness, the shape of the swamp varies. Nonetheless, there is an orderly lined farmland , and the contrast between nature and human modeling is interesting.

It is near the Panke-numa I introduced before.
The name is very similar with punk and penke, and it is complicated.
In Ainu language, it seems that Penke is upstream and Panke is downstream.
In that mean this Penke swamp is located upstream of the Sarobetsu River.
The surrounding Panke swamp in the downstream before this was the Sarobetsu wilderness,
This penke had a vast farmland extending to near the swamp.
The laid-back sight of the lines seemed to be a different kind of human art from the city.
The panke swamp had a circular contour, but the Penke had an impression that the tidal flats and the water surface were intricate, and the shape was always changing freely.
Some round islands were visible on the surface of the water, but there are also stories of floating islands.
Hokkaido in October is a migratory bird season, and I encountered many groups of migratory birds during the shooting.
Along with the Penke swamp, the vast farmland is also a unique sight, so I would like you to see it. ――
The wind was strong on this day, so I took a picture so that I would not approach the water.
The first half of the video is from the sky. In the second half, there are crossing birds, farmland, and nearby drives (fast forward).
