【北海道旅】日本一予約の取れない料理の宿 高島旅館で極上海鮮を堪能する | 大人の休日
Iwanai Town, Hokkaido (left side of the map) A sea and mountain town about an hour’s drive from Otaru, this town is said to be home to the most difficult-to-book in Japan, and we were able to make a reservation! 。 ランチ 食べましたか、おいしいお野菜 食べてほしい。 English: The name of the hotel is “Takashima Ryokan” and reservations for the year start on New Year ‘s Day. Reservations can only be made by phone and after trying for several hours, I got through on the second day and my expectations are rising. Their specialty is seafood dishes so we have a light lunch and get ready. Our room is a calming Japanese-style room. We strolled around the hotel and found this place. Craft beer can be enjoyed anytime. We take a break in the garden. The bath is of course a hot spring and the warmth of the wood gives it a nice atmosphere. It’s cool even in the summer and the open-air bath is pleasant as there is no one around so we were able to relax. For the long-awaited dinner, we are happy to have it served in our room . We toast with Hokkaido craft beer ♪ Freshly caught sea urchin from Hokkaido, which can only be eaten from June to August, red sea urchin and white sea urchin are luxuriously concentrated with flavor and sweetness and are delicious♪ Scallops, button shrimp, surf clams, sea cucumber, beach hot pot, and lavishly grilled dancing abalone . Before we knew it, the table was huge and full of seafood ! The flounder sashimi arrived, still going strong, and we could choose to have the abalone sashimi whole or cut up. The abalone liver sashimi was served separately, and the table was instantly presented with a gorgeous display of fresh flounder . It was delicious! It was the first time I’d ever had such delicious flounder . The whelks were also ripe to eat , and each and every dish of grilled rockfish was incredibly tasty. Is this what they mean when they say “delicious”? The Hama Nabe is a set-your-own hotpot , and with potatoes in the hotpot, it’s a Hama Nabe that’s unique to Hokkaido, with plenty of seafood. This is the third abalone of the day! And even a large crab! It’s so luxurious for a Hama Nabe. ★★★★★ Do people in Hokkaido have such delicious seafood so close to home? If there are any inns like this in the Kanto region, please let me know. m(__)m The abalone are so big that you can’t hold them, so it’s got the best of both worlds! 。。。 English: It was delicious. The flounder was in a bowl and the dessert was Hokkaido melon . Thank you for the meal. I’m so full I can’t move. Good morning . After my morning bath, it’s time for breakfast. I was so full last night, I wonder if I could eat this much… Large Hokkei squid sashimi, salted legs, and free-range eggs with bacon and eggs and a plump yolk. A luxurious morning♪ After the meal, I bought some homemade bread, a specialty of Takashima Ryokan. This wooden box is stylish, and the service was also very good. I’ve decided that I will definitely come again. Thank you for the wonderful time. I’ll enjoy a short drive and enjoy nature. Our next stop was the spring water park “Yotei Fukidashi Spring Water,” which has been selected as one of Hokkaido’s 100 famous waters . It boasts the largest spring water output around Niseko. This is where underground water springs up from the boundary between the lava flow and clay layer, and it is said that about 80,000 tons of water springs up every day. The cool and refreshing atmosphere here . Locals apparently use it for their water supply. Who would have thought that such water could be used in everyday life? It was a wonderful trip, and I wanted to take a break with some coffee brewed with spring water, and see the vibrant nature of Hokkaido . I want to come back soon!
