【新潟グルメ】コスパNo.1のうどんチェーン店を見つけました…
Good morning! We are a newly married, unemployed couple traveling around Japan on our honeymoon , eating lots of delicious food all over the country. So what’s today’s video? What video is this? It’s Niigata! My husband suddenly becomes an idiot, so today we’ll be enjoying Niigata’s gourmet food to the max. [Niigata Gourmet] It’s the best! We’ve arrived! There will be lots of gourmet food unique to Niigata, so look forward to it . Now, let’s head on over! Let’s go gourmet! Niigata! ん ま English: It’s raining really hard, downpour , so I went to Uonuma Kuratomo Farm and bought some onigiri from the onigiri shop. It’s a rice ball shop run directly by a rice farmer and they use Koshihikari rice from Uonuma. So , shall I introduce the members? Let me introduce the members. Entry No. 1: Mentaiko Entry No. 2: Salmon Entry No. 3: Chopped Char Siu Entry No. 4: Kagura Nanban Miso I’ll be talking while looking at my notes, but Kagura Nanban is a traditional local vegetable from Uonuma and Nagaoka, and is apparently a type of chili pepper. It goes well with miso, and Kagura Nanban miso made with this Kagura Nanban has apparently been a favorite since ancient times. I think it might be a little spicy. So, shall I go with this last one? Shall I start with the chopped Char Siu? Shall I start with the salmon? I’m looking forward to it! The Char Siu is fragrant and smells amazing, and there’s loads of it on top, so the first bite is sure to be delicious! I ‘m being conscious of the camera and holding the onigiri so that it’s facing forward, but you can see… I want to eat it! I want to eat it like this! I’ll eat it however I want. Let’s eat. The rice is delicious! The grains are firm and stand out. The salmon is really well seasoned and the saltiness is great. The saltiness of the rice ball is amazing. I mentioned the salmon, but now that’s it, let’s eat. Mentaiko Kagura Nanban miso . It’s synchronized , so delicious . The Nanban miso is so good , not too spicy. The umami and sweetness of the miso make it spicy and delicious. Super delicious. The rice is really delicious. I can’t eat unwashed rice in the car . Also, I think that the large kettle object in front of the store means that it’s cooked in a kettle, right? It’s kettle-cooked Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, right? 味気ないですね。 English : Of course, the 1.5 cups of unwashed rice cooked in a car doesn’t come close to it. It was absolutely delicious. Niigata rice is the best. It’s really delicious . I’m really impressed. It’s different. I really think the rice is delicious. Shall we go to the next restaurant? Shun-kun had one portion of hegi soba and I had hegi soba and this Niigata specialty, tarekatsu. We got a meal where we could have both. It’s luxurious. Apparently they use local meat for this pork. I’ll read the cue card. This is Tsumari pork. Tsumari pork is a Uonuma brand pork. Tsumari pork, raised in the local Tsumari region, is characterized by the quality of the fat and the flavor of the meat. It has no porky smell or bitterness that is typical of pork, and the fat is particularly mellow and sweet and juicy. I’ve always wanted to eat tarekatsu, so now I can have it together! It ‘s wonderful, let’s eat! By the way, the soba tea is really good! Let’s eat! The aroma is different , the chewy and firm hegi soba is soba made with nori seaweed as a binder, the flavor of the nori seaweed, the smooth texture and firmness are what make it so appealing. I think I’ll put some green onions on top, and you can have more green onions too. It ‘s wonderful , let’s eat! It’s delicious . Then I think I’ll try the tarekatsu too. Let’s eat! It’s really good, it’s not a sauce or soy sauce, it’s a sweet sauce? It goes well with the rice too, it’s made with high-quality fat and isn’t heavy. I was taught how to eat hegi soba, so with this condiment, it comes with mustard , and I put the mustard directly on the soba , it’s different from wasabi , the mustard goes well with hegi soba! The spiciness is quite direct, so it ‘s really good, I put it on top, and with mustard, I tried it and it went well, the mustard is delicious. They use about 30 different ingredients because they are made with a strong desire to make nutritious gyoza. They contain no garlic , so you can eat them in any situation. The skin is really chewy and you can really taste the Chinese cabbage. That’s 1/30 of the total. I said 30, and it ‘s minced pork, Chinese cabbage, and onions. It’s a mystery. Can you tell? There’s a huge amount of it. The meat smells amazing. Apparently this is the only whole wheat udon in Niigata Prefecture. It says “Let’s start with just the noodles,” and the last time I came here, I forgot to order just the udon. Before I knew it, I’d finished it . So, I think I’ll try just the udon. Here goes. Here ‘s the seaweed! There was a ton of seaweed in the second half and it said it was almost entirely seaweed , but it had a slight salty taste and was really delicious . It was chewy and smooth and the amount of seaweed was incredible. The amount of toppings was amazing, there was also lots of green onions on top and the meat was amazing. There was a ton of back fat to dip into the broth – that’s the back fat. I ate the seitoku dipping sauce with the back fat . It was delicious. The soup really packs a punch. It said it was full of flavor and it was, rich and savory, and it was! It goes really well with the noodles and the meat has a kind of thick sauce , I wonder if I should go for this. It’s delicious just with this. It’s complete on its own. The noodles are long and very chewy. The texture is really good, it’s the best combination . This is amazing. My favorite udon chain is the combination of the green onions and the meat . They have onions and green onions for free and there is plenty of self-service. The texture of the onions is great along with the onions. It’s not spicy and delicious. I mentioned the free topping earlier, but our recommendation is this grated daikon radish. This is a paid item, but there are 3.5 balls, so towards the end you may get tired of the taste or feel bloated, but this prevents that. It’s a [reset item] and goes really well with it. So put it on the udon and dip it in the sauce and eat it . It’s so refreshing and becomes something else . If you put this in between the udon or use it in the second half, you’ll eat 3.5 balls in no time. So, for those who think the back fat is too much, there are also things like this, so there’s a lot of flying around, it’s white , but aren’t you laughing too much? The soup is also delicious . I looked into it and found out that this udon restaurant has two stores in Niigata Prefecture, but it’s amazing how many restaurants the same company runs. There are fried chicken restaurants, ramen restaurants, and other different udon restaurants, it’s amazing, I really want to go to the others too, I ‘m so engrossed in eating that I can’t reply. I think I mentioned the self-service, but the table tops are also amazing and there are various things. My favorite is this sesame, and even the ground sesame is the best . Also , the homemade chili oil , which you pour on the udon and mix with the green onions before eating. The flavor change is a success, and 880 yen for this is too cheap. I’ll tell the president, it’s too cheap, so I can’t believe it, I can only be grateful for the company’s efforts. This is my favorite udon chain restaurant. Ouch, ouch, what’s wrong? My feet are numb Hiyori brought this to me, and it’s a diluted soup.It ‘s like a diluted broth for tsukemen.This diluted soup is made with bonito stock.You add this and drink the tsuge sauce as a final soup dilution.It has a strong bonito flavor.There are some onions left over from the dilution, and when you drink it with the soup it gives it a crunchy texture.You’ll be saying your lines like this again, right? : I ‘ve been saying this since Ibaraki, but I’m sorry. I drank all the soup too. I didn’t mean to. I didn’t mean to, but it was so delicious that when I diluted the soup, it was so delicious that before I realized it, I had finished it all. 新潟は実はラーメン王国、味の好みによって推しが変わる。変わったところでは豚汁ラーメンからの海鮮横丁、そして新潟市内でとんかつ政ちゃんコースもいいです!でも魚沼から上へ上がると全く別グルメになりますね!

角中うどんの肉つけうどんが見つかってしまった、もう抜け出せない!
かぐら南蛮味噌。
ピーマンみたいな大きさの唐辛子。なので、熟成させると赤く変化します。
で…夏野菜なので、ほぼ夏にしか食べません。余り持たないので、味噌等と合わせから保存します。
食べ方は…ごはんやお酒のお供、ディップ野菜でも良さそうです。(マヨを混ぜてもok)
が…個体差があり、辛いのはやっぱり辛いです。火を吐く程(自分比)。お気を付けを。
布海苔蕎麦。
食感は「冷麺」に近い。固めでしっかりとした歯ごたえが特徴です。
これ。お酒の〆としても旨いんだな。これが。別腹でスルスル行けちゃいます。
フレンドのイタリアン
フレンドさんは、元々餃子屋が始まりです。あ、これニンニク入っていません。
で、みかづきさんの創業者さんと意気投合し
許可を得てイタリアンを発売する事となった経緯があります。
なので、フレンドのイタリアンは「ちょっと中華寄り」なメニューになっています。
店舗限定にはなりますが、ラーメンもあります。
昔は自宅の最寄りにも店舗があり、ラーメンも食べていました。
はい。「焼きそば」ですよ。ちゃんとソースを掛けて炒めています。
みかづきさんは、パスタ風でフレンドよりは太目な面を使っています。
フレンドさんは、↑に書いた通り「中華寄り」なので、ガチで「焼きそば」になっています。
しかし、冷めてしまうと…油の味が勝ってしまい、好みが分かれます。出来れば出来たてを食べて欲しいです。
テイクアウトしたら、お皿に移してちーーんをお願いいしたしマス。慣れている自分すらちと苦手。
でで、月一で「限定メニュー」が発売されています。今月は「辛口カレー」だったと…記憶が……。
