[Music] i was really impressed with this trip It was a well-packed one-day tour offering both breathtaking natural scenery and a great shopping experience Lisa was an excellent guide She explained everything clearly was super friendly and always willing to help She managed the schedule well to keep us on track The driver was also very polite and professional Even on a snowy day he handled the roads with great skill Lake Toya was absolutely stunning I had read some reviews beforehand so I brought my own sandwich and ate it on the bus That gave me more time to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery when we arrived Jigaku Dany was equally breathtaking Lisa even offered to take pictures for us saying she loves photography and wanted to help She was so sweet I only wish we had more time there Next time I’ll definitely stay overnight to fully experience the atmosphere Overall I highly recommend this tour It’s totally worth it It’s our great pleasure to have Lisa as our tour guide as well as the dedicated and bubbly driver This is definitely the most enjoyable tour we’ve booked with Cluke so far We truly enjoyed the whole experience from start to the end of the trip A big shout out to Lisa who has been so considerate organized and congenial to ensure each and every one of us to have a worthwhile trip As joining a tour can be quite tedious and exhausting However with Lisa we’ve never felt any time constraints We always had enough time to visit the attractions and shopped for souvenirs In overall we truly treasured this trip mainly because Lisa is an outstanding tour guide If we can request Lisa to be our tour guide for any upcoming tours we would definitely request and recommend Lisa Oscar bring the tour Overall it’s good tour suitable for young adult which able to rush it on time Family with senior citizen are no suitable for this kind of tour Time very rushing sit inside the bus more than spend at the tourist spot due to distance issues We enjoyed this tour very much Lisa was not boring and made our tour fun She has a good grasp of English too The Silo Observatory Toy Lake and Noretu are among the spots we enjoyed much It would have been better if the Mitsui Outlet Park had fewer hours and add these hours to Silo Observatory or Norabetsu Overall this tour was fun Had the chance to have us look at Hawkaido’s Little Fuji at Kerasamadu Lisa San and to the driver for making this tour possible Highly recommend this Hawkaido tour departing from Saporo If you’re a big nature fan and don’t want to visit zoos our guide was helpful and communicated in both Chinese and English Meetup place is convenient Our guide is fluent in both English and Chinese and has a great sense of humor Sorry can’t RMBB his name but he’s from Shanghai Time at each attraction is quite limited but enough for time for photos Bus ride was comfortable and smooth Thanks to Lisa a super good tour guide and the super experienced driver who took me through his wonderful trip The trip was well planned and a good weather today Very punctual and everything safe and cool I am so lucky for being able to covered so many places in a day Our tour guide Lisa is super friendly and helpful She shared many good tips/hacks and helped us take photos Tour was organized Everyone came back on time Reached Saporro at 6:00 p.m sharp Limited time at each stop due to multiple attractions to visit It’s all good There are many tourists which were depart at the same time A bit confused at first because we don’t know which group that we belong to But the tour guide are very good and helpful Good arrangement comfortable bus The places that we visited are far from city So recommended to take this tour The tour guide also very nice and accommodative I highly recommend this tour Our tour guide Alex was very accommodating and knowledgeable in all of the places we visited He even recommended us products to buy and routes to follow in each destination to maximize the time The schedule was strictly followed I will be booking future tours from them again Tour was well organized It was great that the seats were pre-allocated too Limited time for each stop is such good to prepare some food to eat along the way and spend time on sightseeing instead Our guide Lisa was awesome She can speak English and Chinese She is friendly provides good recommendations and also ensures everyone kept to the schedule
