Staying INSIDE Tokyo’s Haneda Airport | Best Airport Hotel Tokyo Japan

welcome back to the channel my name is Charelle and in this video we will be spending two nights at the Hotel Villa Fontaine at the Haneda airport in Tokyo [Music] Japan our flight from New York to Tokyo Japan landed super late about 11:00 p.m and we did not want a chance missing our train so we decided to spend a few nights at the airport hotel which I’ve heard great things about luckily this airport hotel is connected via walkway to the hotel which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from baggage now luckily in the Haneda airport they have tons of signs to get to the hotel you just have to follow the signs to get to the Haneda airport garden and then you walk around and down directly into the hotel which luckily this was during a late hour so there weren’t that many people here so it was easy to navigate [Music] [Music] this hotel is a great hotel if you’re looking to come in late or super early they have a ton of amenities including a spa which we did not get to partake in this time but I hope to next time as I do plan on staying at this hotel in the near [Music] future booking this stay was super easy we booked directly on the hotel website and we end up getting two reservations cuz we actually had to add on a night but it is easy to get to as well as you have selfcheck-in at this hotel but if you need assistance there are people there to help you the hotel offers a plethora of room types so do go to their website to check that out the amenities are right before you go upstairs to your room which we did grab some but there are plenty in the room if you forget to we also love that this hotel offers washer and dryers that’s great for the travelers who are not transiting back home but may be continuing their trip into another destination it’s point operated and you can always ask this staff to assist on our floor we actually were located right next to the vending machine a microwave and an ice machine this was great as there is a lawson on the entry level floor for this stay we are staying in a modern queen i will list the direct link to this hotel room and I think this is perfect for those that are two travelers or less i would not recommend more than two because the rooms are small but like I said they do have a plethora of room options and you can choose from that as well we were very grateful to have a refrigerator which was empty so you can fill this up if needed like I said there’s a Lawson on the bottom level floor so you can go and get snacks from there as well as heat things up in the microwave it looks like there’s a microwave on each floor level so that’s a great option as well as a sitting area in your room to eat your food you will then proceed into your bed area as well as your bathroom now our room was on the smaller sides but it was enough for two people as well as our two suitcases at the time if you have more than three suitcases I would recommend getting a larger room as when you try to open your suitcases you may run out of space but like I said this is a great option if you’re staying overnight at the airport looking to transition home or into the city due to a flight conflict we end up getting to Tokyo Japan earlier than planned so we end up adding on a night to our reservation because going into the city would be too expensive at the hotels we had already prior booked i would definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Villa Fontaine as it’s affordable and it will have all the amenities you need including restaurants a spa washer and dryer and places that you can eat affordably as well as on the more expensive side our view in our room was of the property which was okay we actually did not mind this view as it turned out to be on the quieter side we spent two nights here and like I said I do plan on staying here again and possibly booking a king room it does look like they have more square footage in the king-size rooms and the bathroom is larger so do comment below if you are looking for an additional video from this hotel i do plan on going back to Tokyo in the near future another great thing about staying at the airport is that we could easily book our bus tickets into the city we end up staying in the Shabuya area this time so we end up purchasing our ticket through a person but you can also go to the vending machine we just used a person just to make sure we were going to the right area the buses are just like the trains they’re always on time so I would recommend making sure you pick the correct time that is appropriate for you as well as your checking into your hotel i have a dedicated video on how to get into the city on the airport limousine bus but if you would like an update please let me know i would be happy to make that video but we did take the limousine bus into the city where we stayed in Shabuya we did have to get off at the stop and walk about 10 minutes to our hotel which was not bad as we were only 5 minutes away from Shabuya Scramble Square getting from the Hotel Villa Fontaine into the city is super easy especially if you take the bus but you can take the train as well we’d opted out of the train due to our large suitcase as well as our other large suitcases so technically two large suitcases and the bus makes it very easy to get into the city please do look out for our hotel review if our stay in Shabuya I would definitely recommend staying at the airport if your flight lands late especially into Tokyo Japan because you do have to be mindful of the trains they do stop running at a certain time so this was a great option for us please let me know if you’ve stayed here before the check-in process and checkout process was super easy and the lobby was never too crowded so you could sit in here and relax if you chose to and they offer restaurants on that same level if you enjoy travel content like this please consider subscribing to our channel it helps us grow here on YouTube like and share this video with a friend who’s looking for the best hotel at the Haneda airport or your friend who’s looking to travel to Tokyo Japan we hope you enjoyed and we hope to see you in the next video
