「漫画の神様」手塚治虫先生の先祖「手塚吉兵衛」さんの御位牌を長野県上田市別所温泉の安楽寺で見学させていただきました
手塚太郎の会と上田アトムの会主催の説明会で安楽寺にて御位牌の解説・見学さらに手塚家の家紋の入った墓石・灯篭のある八木沢八幡宮・法輪寺などにも行きました。
手塚吉兵衛さんの位牌は手塚治虫先生と源平合戦で木曽義仲の下で戦った手塚太郎光盛の間の「ミッシングリング」をつなぐもの火の鳥乱世編では手塚治虫先生の顔をした手塚治虫光盛が出てきますが、手塚治虫先生が手塚光盛の末裔という証拠がこの位牌がみつかるまではなかったのでした・・・

We had a chance to see the tablets of Mr. Tezuka Kichihei, the ancestor of Mr. Tezuka Osamu, the “God of Manga”, at Anrakuji Temple in Bessho Onsen, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture.
In addition, we visited Yagisawa Hachimangu Shrine and Horinji Temple where there are gravestones and lanterns with the Tezuka family crest.
The tablets of Tezuka Kichihei connect the “missing ring” between Tezuka Osamu and Tezuka Taro Mitsumori, who fought for Kiso Yoshinaka in the Genpei War. Although Tezuka Osamu Mitsumori appears with Tezuka Osamu’s face in the Ransei version of the Firebird, there was no proof that Tezuka Osamu was a descendant of Tezuka Mitsumori until these tablets were found…
