   屋台ラーメン、濃厚ラーメン、叉焼麺、柚子塩ラーメン、黒醤油ラーメン、つけ麺、辛つけ麺、餃子、唐揚げ、叉焼丼、炒飯、生クリーム大福、ブラック炒飯、激辛高菜、美味しそうですね。

   パームシティー、イオンモールが出来るまではかなり賑わってたのですが、かなり廃れてきましたね😢このラーメン屋さんは行ってみたいです

    僕は食べる専門で飲食店経営については素人ですけど、
    これだけ座席数のあるお店を３人で回すって凄くないですか？
    店主さんを始め、女性店員さん２人の動きがそれぞれ完璧で、
    素晴らしいお仕事ぶりだと思いました。

    いつか関東にも出店していただけたら嬉しいです。必ず食べに伺います。

    I love to watch videos of people working hard to make good food and picking up tips and techniques. At 7:54, seeing Takuto using a refractometer to test the specific gravity of his pork soup was eye opening. It is nice to see a chef in a small operation using this to insure consistency and quality. On the other hand, at 4:13 the wooden handle shovel used to stir the boiling pork bones would make most restaurant sanitation inspecters have a stroke. And, I'm not too keen on cleaning in the morning rather than at night before leaving. That sink and cutting board at 1:25 gave me the shivers.
