北海道夏季必嚐【百分百積丹海膽】, 到訪積丹當造海膽餐廳，※自費※品嚐期間限定解禁、由積丹海擔買手直接入貨, 鮮甜濃郁的積丹產天然高級紫海膽丼。整碗佈着滿滿的鮮黃色海膽，全部都是貨真價實的積丹產天然紫海膽，海膽肉質片片分明，代表夠新鮮。積丹產海膽分兩種，紫海膽與馬糞海膽。馬糞海膽產量更少，幸運遇到的話，推薦海膽愛好者品嚐更為珍貴的馬糞海膽!即使不選吃海膽的客人亦可於餐廳選吃其他料理，品嚐當地產鮮甜豐富海鮮丼（如活鮑魚、帆立貝、甜蝦等）或定食套餐。

The whole bowl is filled with bright yellow sea urchins, all of which are genuine natural purple sea urchins produced in Shakotan. The sea urchin meat is clearly visible, which means it is fresh. There are two types of sea urchins in Shakotan: purple sea urchin and horse dung sea urchin. The production of horse dung sea urchin is even smaller. If you are lucky enough to encounter one, it is recommended for sea urchin lovers to taste the more precious horse dung sea urchin! Even if guests do not choose to eat sea urchin, they can still choose other dishes in the restaurant, such as the local fresh and rich seafood bowl (such as live abalone, scallops, sweet shrimps, etc.) or set meal.
