大分県玖珠郡玖珠町の国鉄久大本線豊後森駅の東側に

あった機関庫。

旧豊後森機関庫

昭和45年のディーゼル化に伴いその役目を終えた機関

庫ですが、現在も変わらぬ姿で残っています。

映画「すずめの戸締り」の舞台になったことでも有名な機関庫。

行きたかった場所にようやく行けた!!

実はこの扉、映画公開後、町観光協会が玖珠美山高校の 美術部員らの協力を得て作製したそうです。 工具やヘラを使って傷などをつけて古びた感じまで再現したそうです

OITA JAPAN Actually, this door was made by the town tourist association with the cooperation of art club members of Kusu Miyama High School after the movie was released.

They even used tools and spatulas to scratch the door and recreate the old look.
