3:23, clean street.
This festival took place on February 8th at the Ebisu Shrine in Ouda Ward, Uda City. In the precincts of the shrine, the fortune girls sold "kitcho" (or good omens) decorated bamboo branches. The festival is a great opportunity for the young people of Uda to get to know each other better. The sight of the lucky girls handing out kitcho from the bamboo branch decorations is a very impressive experience.
Fun fact, the food place at 0:34 is apparently called "Лайка". At least the blackboard they put in front of the store is signed that way. Laika was a Soviet space dog, who was one of the first animals in space and the first to orbit the Earth. Whatever "Ilo Ilo" is, they are selling it again. 🤔
