Prefectural Route Yoshida Otabu Yuzurihara Line, which runs across Saitama and Gunma prefectures, is probably the narrowest and most difficult to pass through of all the prefectural roads in Saitama.

埼玉・群馬県境の神流川の所ですね。群馬県側の国道462号は何度か通ったことはありますが、こちらの県道ルートはさすがに踏み入れたことはありません。この県道は殆ど埼玉県を通っていますが、起点と終点はどちらも対岸の群馬県なので、埼玉県内を通っている感覚は少ないですね。
やはり道は狭く、また落ち葉のつもり具合からしても、殆ど車は通っていないみたいですね。
埼玉県内は大半が神川町ですが、県道の最西端は秩父市の一部なのは意外ですね。
