  1. I would like to know the Turkish Airways policy for the children re-issuance of the ticket who become child from an infant during the Pandemic Covid-19. What is SOP? I am sure many passengers are facing the same problem. The sales office in Lahore is asking to pay the difference of more than 500 EUR. Someone from the group may know the passenger right in this case. Thanks.

  4. @Turkish Airlines why are you lying to your customers claiming to be the best airline in the world or even Europe?! You are pretty far behind in the last 4-5 years!!!
Quote "Our commercials have been one of the factors behind Turkish Airlines becoming the best airline in the skies."

  5. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Turkish Airlines will give you the best service and hospitality anywhere. From Istanbul to over 300 cities around the world, including 10 US cities, every journey is just as breathtaking. But it can also feel good by coming home after every journey.

  6. I booked a plane ticket from Alexandria to Istanbul, and was not allowed to board the plane. I had a reservation to return from Istanbul to Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines on September 9, and I booked a hotel and electronic visa for Turkey … I had no problem with my papers so I want to get my money back

  7. Dear Turkish Airlines,

Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand the difference between right and wrong. I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you of your own core values and you can determine if you think you handled this situation in the best way possible.

    Honesty:
You were not honest because you listed a flight (AC8166) that did not exist directly on your website. You allowed me to spend my hard-earned money on something that wasn't real. As if that wasn't bad enough, according to your Customer Service Plan any schedule change will be communicated through texts and email. This never happened. Your level of incompetence and service is shocking. I showed up at the airport ready to meet my fiance for the first time since the pandemic hit and was crushed beyond belief when I learned that Air Canada hadn't been operating out of RDU since March (reminder I bought this ticket on Thursday, August 6, 2020).

    Fair Dealing:
Not only did you sell me something that wasn't real (Booking Reference VE52BF), no one on your team was able to provide me with a solution on how to get to my final destination. No one. Seven days later and your team is still wildly incompetent in providing a solution. I booked hotels, cars, excursions, and spent countless hours planning and packing for this trip. While on the phone with your customer service, it seemed like I was the one trying to find a solution. I was the one looking up and suggesting flight numbers to your call center employees. Everyone I spoke to told me it was impossible in your 'system' or just transferred my call. If you ask me, this sounds like a case of fraud, not fair dealing.

    Customer Satisfaction:
This is your chance to uphold your own values and to actually help your customer. You can make this right by providing me with a solution on how to Croatia on your best and most direct flight. I expect to be shown a first-class level of service in a timely manner to compensate for the emotional toll and stress you've caused.

  8. İŞTE BU YÜZDEN TÜRKİYE . BÖYLE VİDEOLARI İZLERKEN ÖYLE GURURLANIYORUMKİ SİZE ANLATAMAM . TEŞEKKÜRLER TÜRK HAVA YOLLARI …

  9. My dad said This Airline sucks. because he said it is old But I don’t agree with my Father.

  10. Oscara aday kısa film yarışmasına bu reklam ile katılmayı düşünüyorum 😀

  11. Awesome and very insightful words , Well i will also say this here… Even as the world still experience slow recovery in terms of economic meltdown due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, it is best advised to find another alternative to make good income.

  12. I'm not Kobe Bryant, I'm not Leonel Messi, I'm an ordinary person whose family is hungry at this point because of your negligence and irresponsibility! You have the worst service on the entire planet and most importantly you are irresponsible!

  13. Turkish Airlines is really bad with customer services. Stuff is uneducated, not trained, not capable of speaking decent English and rude if there is a problem and you insist on solution.

Customer service is done through "Feedback" procedure which is basically email reply that can take 48 hours while you are stuck at the airport. So, practically Turkish airline can not produce any solution through phone calls. So, disgusting.

If anything goes wrong at your flight, you simply pay for it.

Character and Quality of Turkish Airlines company are just disgusting.
