This two-day and one-night tour focuses on the lives of the samurai who lived in the castle town of Kakunodate in snow country.
You will learn about the martial arts they trained in, as well as local cuisine and traditional events that still live on today, from people who were born and raised in the area and have a rich local flavor. This is a cultural experience tour based at a quality inn. (*Interpreter attendance is provided for the entire tour.)
