Stepping Back in Time to Japan’s Most Beautiful Canal Town [Kurashiki in the Rain ☔️]
A rainy day in Kurashiki, Okayama ☔
Join us for a relaxed day around Kurashiki’s historic Bikan quarter, with its willow-lined canal, old merchant houses and charming little shops. We visit Ohara House, Kanryū Temple and Ivy Square, with stops for ramen, blue ice cream and pudding along the way.
The sound of the rain is part of the experience throughout the outdoor scenes. The boat rides were cancelled that day, but there was still plenty to enjoy.
