2026年8月7日、山梨県市川三郷町の笛吹川河畔で開催された「第38回 神明の花火大会」より、大会の最後を飾る「神明の花火グランドフィナーレ」です。

打ち上げを担当したのは、市川三郷町を代表する花火会社・株式会社マルゴー。映画『ベン・ハー』の壮大な楽曲「戦車の行進」に合わせ、色鮮やかな花火が次々と夜空へ打ち上がる、圧巻のミュージックスターマインをご覧ください。

マルゴーが得意とする時差式花火は、花火を構成する星の発光や色が変化するタイミングを精密にずらすことで、光が流れたり、回転したり、夜空を駆け巡ったりするように見えるのが特徴です。虹色やパステルカラーの光が複雑に変化し、音楽の展開と美しくシンクロしていきます。

花火愛好家が驚きと称賛を込めて「変態玉」と表現したくなるような、常識を超えた複雑な動きも見どころです。繊細な時差式変化から、視界を埋め尽くす華やかなクライマックスまで、マルゴーならではの高度な花火製造技術と演出力をお楽しみください。

神明の花火は、山梨県内最大級の規模を誇る人気の花火大会です。江戸時代から花火作りの歴史を受け継ぐ市川三郷町を舞台に、音楽と花火を融合させたテーマファイヤーやワイドスターマイン、尺玉、グランドフィナーレなど、約2万発の花火が打ち上げられました。

This video features the “Shinmei Fireworks Grand Finale,” the spectacular closing performance of the 38th Shinmei Fireworks Festival, held along the Fuefuki River in Ichikawamisato Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, on August 7, 2026.

The grand finale was produced by Marugo Co., Ltd., one of Ichikawamisato’s leading fireworks companies. Set to the magnificent “Parade of the Charioteers” from the epic film *Ben-Hur*, brilliantly colored fireworks are launched one after another across the night sky in a breathtaking Music Starmine (Pyromusical).

One of Marugo’s specialties is precisely timed fireworks, in which the ignition and color-changing timing of individual stars within a shell is carefully staggered. This creates extraordinary visual effects in which light appears to flow, rotate, ripple, and race across the night sky. Rainbow colors and delicate pastel shades transform in complex patterns while beautifully synchronizing with the development of the music.

Another highlight is the astonishingly intricate movement of shells that Japanese fireworks enthusiasts might praise with the playful slang term “hentai-dama,” used to describe fireworks so unusually complex and ingenious that they seem to go beyond conventional expectations. From delicate time-delayed color changes to a dazzling climax that completely fills the field of view, enjoy Marugo’s exceptional pyrotechnic craftsmanship and highly sophisticated show design.

The Shinmei Fireworks Festival is one of the largest and most popular fireworks events in Yamanashi Prefecture. Held in Ichikawamisato Town, an area with a fireworks-making tradition dating back to the Edo period, the festival featured approximately 20,000 fireworks, including music-synchronized Theme Fireworks, Wide Starmine displays, Syakudama (10-go / 12-inch shells), and the spectacular Grand Finale.
