【愛犬とお散歩】千葉県の避暑地と言われる勝浦市は本当に涼しいのか？八幡岬公園で柴犬とお散歩してきました

100年超真夏日を記録していないと言われている千葉県勝浦市
気温上昇で毎日毎日酷暑続きの関東地方ですが、本当に勝浦市は涼しいのでしょうか？
ワタシの住んでいる地域では、暑すぎて愛犬のお散歩も陽が落ちてからでなくては行けません。
明るい時間帯に外を歩かせてあげたいなと思い、勝浦市へ行ってみることにしました。
海沿いの【八幡岬公園】でお散歩。
整備の行き届いたこぢんまりとしたキレイな公園です。
海風が絶えず吹いているおかげで、日陰は特に涼しかったです。
この日はお天気も良く、青々とした海を眺めて気持ちがいい～。
また行ってみたい公園の一つになりました。

Searching for a Cool Summer Escape in Japan | Visiting Katsuura with My Shiba Inu 🐕🌊

Katsuura City in Chiba Prefecture is said to have had no recorded days exceeding 35°C (95°F) for over 100 years.

While the Kanto region of Japan has been experiencing extreme summer heat due to rising temperatures, I wondered:

“Is Katsuura really cooler than other places?”

Where I live, it has become too hot for my dog to walk outside during the daytime.

We can only go for walks after sunset, and I really wanted my Shiba Inu to enjoy being outdoors while it was still bright.

So I decided to visit Katsuura City and see for myself. 🚗💨

Our first stop was Yawata Cape Park (Yawata Misaki Park), a beautiful seaside park.

It is a small but very well-maintained park, with lovely walking paths and amazing ocean views.

Thanks to the constant sea breeze, the shaded areas felt especially cool and comfortable.

The weather was perfect that day, and looking out over the beautiful blue ocean was incredibly refreshing. 🌊✨

Walking here with my Shiba Inu was such a relaxing experience.

Katsuura has now become one of the places I would love to visit again.
