Bilbo, our Bearded Collie, (as does Strider, his friend) always receives a food reward after being groomed so the process always creates a positive association. Dogs are like us humans – what’s in it for me?😊
Owing to their long coats and adventures, both of our dogs are groomed every day to keep them comfortable. It usually takes just over an hour and it’s lovely to enjoy that one-to-one time with them.
