My sister had one of these dogs. Really big, sweet, clumsy. This dog thought he was a lap dog and would try to sit in everyone's lap and would love all over you. Just really sweet dogs if you ask me. I would really love to have one.
I just recently became the proud mommy of a beautiful puppy who is three quarters Newfoundland and a quarter Great Pyrenees. Ursa is 8-months-old and she is such a sweet baby! I love seeing other people's Newfs!

Newfies are the best. We had a grey Newfoundland dog. She was the best. Peter pans nanny was based on the author 's own Newfoundland.
