  1. STOP Unless you are military or K9 don't do this with a Mal or and ACD. DUMB and not good for the dog.

  2. I think it’s great you have cattle dogs. I love them too and have 2 cattle dogs and a kelpie.

  3. ROFL yep I have 2 blues and they are the best family I have ever had in my life.
But mess with family and you better be praying to Jesus. lol

  4. Blue Heelers are natural little biters with a strong stubborn bite and if you manage to release yourself, they’ll come back at you with a stronger bite. They also jump very high, despite their size.

  5. Grew up with cattle dogs and collies, now have malinois and gsd 😂 makes sense

  6. I have a Red Heeler. She is fearless and strong. I was told she was a different breed when she was a puppy. I had no clue what a Heeler was. Man oh man what a firecracker!

I let her chase a laser pointer around the yard. It’s they only way to make her tired.

  7. My blue heller can crush bones when he catches rabbit's its impressive considering he's only 35 pound

  8. I have a heeler pit mix, he is much bigger than a standard heeler and much stronger. I truly think if he was trained for it he’d be a great police dog. Very loyal, runs fast and will definitely detain someone if trained to.

  9. Belgians or GSD s can't hang from a ball because your teeny human arms can't support all that muscle.

  10. You're a very good handler That's a very nice dog I just got a Blue heeler myself and she's only 7 weeks old she's teeny weenie can't wait to learn how to deal with her!! Lol

  11. My first ACD Hank was an ankle chomper his daughter dingo was blue meryl everywhere even her eyes were speckled

  12. Heelers are tough as nails. They’re a forced to be reckoned with. Never underestimate their size. They’re just as tough as any other larger guard dog breed. They dont give up for anything. The only way they give up is if they’re on their last breath.

  13. I have a Heeler/Daschund mix. He's 90% heeler, and basically is a mottled heeler with Daschund ears and a more elongated heeler body. He's the size of a normal heeler but a bit heavier, with skinnier legs. He's hands down the fastest dog I've seen, and is very strong for a 40+ lb dog.

  14. I love these dogs. I discovered them years ago while I was stationed in California. Being from Louisiana, I grew up with Catahoulas, so when I was given one, it was a match made in heaven. Not for the faint of heart. My first Jessie was for my kids, but she chose me instead. I don't like the bigger ones and have only had the 35 lb variety. Mine have all came from the same place – the Cherokee nation in Oklahoma. I don't care for the word redneck used in reference to this breed, but that's my opinion. They have more class than most people or dogs I know. When I think of rednecks I think of the inbred, hillbilly, maga crowd. The one I have now will take just about anything but will bite me in a second if I tweak the hair on her back leg. It's a game we play and she looks forward to it. I'll act like I'm doing the pincher fingers to pull her hair. She gets the crazy-eye and bares her teeth like she's going to rip my hand off. We sometimes drag this out for several seconds for dramatic effect. She looks and sounds amazingly like a Tasmania devil. She will snap quickly and only grabs my hand. I swear she knows it messes with people and thinks it's funny. Smartest dogs ever. I wouldn't have a male though, if they think the FedEx guy is driving too fast up the drive, they won't hesitate to give him a nip on his way back to the truck.

  15. Yes! Toughest and Smartest dog on the Planet. Cattle Dogs are 2nd to None.

  16. I'm on my second ACD now and I just love the breed. I have found both of mine in shelters as they aren't for everybody. Extremely tough, loyal and loving dogs…

  17. Heelers are great. Mine had a bit of a grumpy problem when he was a puppy, now he's everyone's best friend unless it's time to walk. He ignores people when on a walk very focused lol

  18. Yeah i have a heeler shes my first dog shes is 6 now and shes a great dog but we shouldnt of ever got her cos no one ever trained her or took her on walks till the last 6 months cos now ive grown up a bit i realise shes had a bad life and i cant let her go but shes lost some of the determination she once had which is sad but shes getting better but i can say tbey are some of the smartest dogs out there learnt like half of her tricks by herself and the other half in like 10 minutes
