This means you’re going to see manga pics, photos used as background and Japanese text.
Yes, Japanese text (TB and X quotes) that sometimes will show so fast you won’t be able to read it even if you know Japanese and yes, it’s done on purpose both in the HMG and here.
The manga pics were cleaned and edited to cut out ballons.

Who has already seen one of my video knows that the title ‘Tokyo Babylon 1999’ refers to an immaginary series that covers both ‘TB’ and ‘X’.
I might end up posting a version with the quotes translated if people is interested… but I’m not making promises…
