2025年8月4日付けで、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）が刊行する査読誌“IFLA Journal”に、オーストラリアのジェームズクック大学図書館におけるグリーンオープンアクセス（OA）の取組に焦点を当てた記事“Unlocking the repository: A strategy for increasing the uptake of green open access”が掲載されています。著者はジェームズクック大学図書館のJayshree Mamtora氏等です。
同館では、研究者による研究成果の機関リポジトリへの登録を促進するため、過去五年間に出版された非OA論文の著者最終稿を図書館に提出するよう研究者に呼び掛け、最も多く提出した者を表彰する“Bring Out Your Dead!”コンペティションを2024年に実施しました。
記事では、コンペティションの成果や意義、更なる発展に向けた課題等について報告されています。
