“Is this a public school, or a private school??” Of course, It’s an “explosive school”. Wha-t? Big failure Explosive Mountain Sausage School So everyone! What are these holes I’m gonna do a little room tour of my new home! First, this school… Is in-fact… Bought! Not rented! I’m in DEBT~~~!!! It’s pretty obvious.

While most Youtubers upload 30 videos a month, I only do 1 video a month. Aaand we’re always in the red. My videos cost too much. The payment doesn’t make up It’s not such a big problem though. I’m living for the experiments. I want to walk the edges

It took too long to get here 8 years ago… Riku always craved for explosions. From a young age, Riku hid from his parents and created explosions As Riku leveled up, His house could not take his explosions anymore. His house was full of holes. That was when the warehouse came in place.

It was supposed to be my dream home. Problem No.1 Warehouse, out of capacity. It was fine in the beginning. It became normal to create little houses for my videos. I started creating many houses inside my warehouse. Billy Irish room Huge Popcorn Room destroyed by popcorn Room that doesn’t break

This big warehouse soon grew too small for me. There is no more room. Problem No.2 Explosions are costly. Do you know how much an experiment costs? All I wish is for the viewers to have fun. I’m the one choosing to make these kinds of videos.

When it comes to using fire, my warehouse can’t handle too much. When I’m craving for big explosions, I borrow a quarry, and contact the fire department. It costs several hundred thousand yen just to borrow for a day. Plus, it takes several days to shoot!

Even though I live in a big home, I have to experiment outside!!! Problem No.3 I only have 3 staff members. How is this even possible! Managing this place with only 4 people is impossible. Cleaning this place up is a nightmare. Problem No.4 Too hot. The place is too big, air conditioning don’t work

Too many problems!! Where… should I live…? Somewhere with a big room… With a yard where I can do experiments… Many storage… A nice pool… I thought hard with my little brain… And concluded, I should live in a school. There’s no going back now. I already bought the place. And I’m in debt. YEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!

I’m so ready to create lots of explosions here. However!!! After we bought this place, we found out we can’t use it yet. We found out this place needs a LOT of fixing. At first I thought, the damage shouldn’t be that bad. But we found out EVERYTHING had to be fixed.

First of all, in order to live in this place, we need the water to run, and install sprinklers everywhere. 6 million yen. So in order to live here without breaking the fire protection law, this is what my home will look like. This is my home. Me, the school principle surviving outside the school.

If sprinklers were the only issue, I would work my butt off for another year and things should work out. But, we have no electricity. The building is broken everywhere. The pool is unusable. Were they planning to use it as a dam? I don’t know. Everything is out of hand.

I came here so I can make more videos, But with all these problems, I can’t create videos anymore. I came to the conclusion that I should start crowd funding. If you have any intention to help, please become this school’s first graduate!!! Of course,

Next!!! I want to become smaller What is this place?? The teacher’s room!!! This is where I’ll be editing my videos All the teachers have run away!!! All the teacher ran away with their desks. Look, so many keys here. Do I need all these?? Look, the vice principle’s key!

Next to the teacher’s office, is the principle’s office. There should be something good in here. I’m gonna open this sometime. I hope there isn’t anything erotic in here. This is my property now so I can post it on my videos right? This is all mine right?

This is a Japanese hotel. And a little kitchen. This was the first floor. This is only the first floor. We still have the second floor to look through! Nostalgic drinking fountain. This looks like a nice place to sleep. I fit in so well. This is great. During the summer, I can sleep here

Grades 3 & 4 The desks make the classroom look more like it. Study room. There’s a room here as well. Girl’s restroom, Boy’s restroom. Free to enter. So nostalgic. Both Japanese style bathrooms. Ah, regular style bathroom. I can shoot videos in here as well. Computer room. I can edit here as well.

Another strange room. And… A music room!!! This is room is big! No instruments. I found a cymbal I found another strange instrument!! Furthermore… I there is a rooftop!! Look at this doorway! There’s much more to see! Next… Over there!!! The gym!!! Searching for key… Yesss!!! This is the best Look, sports warehouse. Wow!! A gymnastics mat!! I wanted to buy this, but it costs quite a lot. So many mats!! My body is broken from all the video shootings, so mats are welcome.

Let’s try using it! Amazing. Next… I wonder if there are any chairs… So many chairs!! A load of treasure! This is all mine right?? There’s more! And more!!! Too much chairs! If you pull here, you can set up the net. Look, a super big bed That felt good!! This is my Livingroom.

There’s a piano This is also mine, right?? Does this even work? This is fun! And finally…! School playground This is what the playground looks like Behind the school building looks like this! The back yard is pretty spacious as well. Great. What are these!?? And now for the garage. A bit dirty.

We don’t have a huge warehouse anymore, we can use this place instead. Look, bars. Ouch!!! I don’t remember bars being so thin… There’s a house. Look at this filthy house. We need to take off these vines ourselves. Where is the doorway?? This is insane. I’m happy there’s room for storage…

But this is a mess. Anyone want to help? ①Swings ② Touch this. ②Super hard rope Ouch!! My hands… What video is this… Ah, a slide A doorway from hell This slide leads into the grass! Ow Ow ow!! I can’t slide this thing!! This shouldn’t be called a “slide” I can’t move an inch.

So many issues. I would like to end this room tour with the pool. One of the main reasons I chose this place. It’s been 2 years since I first saw this place. Over there! This place is covered in green. It makes me wonder, how big my yard is.

Is the pool hidden inside there?? There?? The pool’s hidden in green?? To get to the pool, we need to swim through grass. The pool, you’ve all been waiting for. Wow look at this What is that chair doing there??? It’s like a horror film. There’s a chair in the middle.

In order to use this place… 10 million yen. Apparently, they filled up the bottom. It’s going to be a nightmare to clean up. We might ask for help when we clear this up. I wonder how long it would take if we have 100 helpers. Maybe 100 people is too much.

90 people just cheering You can feel the green over here. Have you ever seen such grass beside a pool??? Here, there’s a tree growing!! And here… You can wash your feet. The hell shower. Because there are so many places to fix, we made priorities. First, I want the school building to be complete.

There are several other stages, And opening the pool is the forth stage. We’ll try to fix things ourselves as well. By the way, this is for businesses. Too far away!!! ↑Drone What was that noise?? I’m fine.(?) We are able to put up advertisements here. Going home club, failed elimination match.

Advertisements can be hung up here as well. This must have been the school’s good news. To tell you the truth, I wanted the warehouse to come along with me. But I would like to start off with this school property. Some day, I want the warehouse to come back again on the playground.

And create something gigantic. Everyday, I only think about my videos. I made so many things so far. Now I look around, All these things I made are full of memories. Thinking this will be the last time I will spend here, I get a little sad… I’m out of focus.

This is an important scene. The camera is crying… Anyways!!! My dreams have now come true!!! Living here will be amazing! I bet no principle have ever lived in a school before. There are 7 million of you rerestarted as students. 2.33 million students in one grade. so we need 40,000 teachers.

10周年の日に向けて、長い間支えてくれている皆んなのテンションが上がるような事がしたくて密かに準備していたものがこれです！！！！
どうですか！？予想は的中しましたか！？！？

「少子化により廃校になってしまった学校」
“笑顔の場”であった学校が取り壊されてしまうのではなく、第2の人生として別の形で笑顔を届けられる場所になったら良いなと思い、『実験スタジオ』という形での活用をさせて頂きたいと考えました。

5年前から構想をしていたものなのですが、まずは全国いろんな地域の学校に回らせて頂く所から始まり、見たことも無いような量の書類を制作したり、市長さんとお話をしたり、住民の方々への説明会を開催させて頂いたり（マジで緊張しました…笑）
色々なことを経て、最終的に暖かな人々に囲まれたこちらの素敵な場所へ決定をさせて頂きました。
しかし……想像以上の衝撃的な修繕費が次々と判明してしまい…..、悩みに悩んだ結果、クラウドファンディングをするといった決断をさせて頂きました。

ただ、僕が学校を買ったのは ただ皆んなに笑ってもらいたかっただけなので、「こんなリターンあるんだオモロイ」ってなって貰えればもうそれだけで幸せです。マジで無理だけはしない様によろしくお願いいたします！！！！
