　さんまがこれまで一度もチャレンジしたことがないという“YouTube撮影”。木村は後輩・Snow Manが撮影している現場へさんまを連れて行き、さんまにとって最初で最後!?のYouTube撮影に参加する。テレビの収録とは異なり、出演者それぞれの前に置かれる小さな撮影機材に囲まれた現場が珍しいようで、ドキドキ・ワクワクが隠せないさんまの無邪気な表情に注目。 　一方、自分たちのYouTubeチャンネルの撮影だと思い、いつも通り和気あいあいと進めているところに突然現れた2人に動揺するSnow Man。当番組の出演を知らされていなかった9人は驚きながらも、2人と一緒にYouTube撮影ができることに歓喜する。11人は、さんまチームと木村チームに分かれ、深澤辰哉進行の元、とあるゲームに挑戦。チームワークを深めて勝つのは？　放送後にはSnow Manの公式YouTubeチャンネルでも収録の模様が配信される。
