豚ひき肉・・・・・２００g
牛ひき肉・・・・・３００g
トマト缶・・・・・２個
トマトペースト・・大匙３〜４
ベイリーフ・・・・２枚
ナツメグ・・・・・小さじ２
オレガノ・・・・・適量
赤ワイン・・・・・適量
EXオリーブ油・・・大匙２〜３
パルメザンチース・適量
塩＆こしょう
Recipe for our meat sauce pasta:
Pasta 100g/person
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
200g ground pork
300g ground beef
2 tomato cans, crushed
3~4 tablespoon tomato paste
2 bay leaf
nutmeg and oregano, to your liking
Red wine
Parmesan Cheese
