渋谷にも非常識な若者もいますが、ほとんどは警察官の指示に従順です。ソウルとの違い、警察官の質もありますが、東京は大都会だから、渋谷以外にも集まるエリアが多い。他人に迷惑を掛けない国民性もあると思う。過去には花火大会で死者を出した事もある。２度と起きてはならない。悲劇を繰り返してはならない。それが安全な日本の源です。ソウルの事故は悲劇でした。過去には戻れない。２度と繰り返さないよう、しっかり検証して未来に役立てて下さい。

As a korean, thiis is quite sad and bittersweet to watch this video. After 156 death including 24 foreigners from unthinkable hallowen stampete, no korean gov body acknowledged its failure in controlling the expected mass. Instead today the gov insinuates its stance at international conference by saying that the incident should not be handled as "accident" as it would hurt Korean tourism business. Whatever it was, it could not be foreseen and therefore couldnt be prevented. Its really embarrasing to be korean to hear it as it almost sounds like "WELCOME TO KOREA. YOUR DEATH WISH IS CERTAINLY GRANTED AS WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR YOUR DEATH WHILE JUST WALKING ON THE STEET. BUT DONT FRET ITS NOT A BIG DEAL, AS WE KOREAN GOV WILL SHOULDER YOUR COST FOR ARRANGING YOUR DEATH!!!
The " one way" is much better and safer for big crowds.
