One of best scenes I have ever seen in movie theater.

The most breathtaking and thrilling sequence of the entire movie, kept us at the edge of our seats from start to finish, and it is glorious on IMAX.

Wow, watching my toenail fungus diminish every hour until it vanished was unreal, I went with what I told you about a few days back and after 48 hours it completely disappeared. I just go'ogled the latest in Sammy Rokernal’s Fungus Key and now my feet are as clean and healthy as ever!

Fantastic! Worth going to see the movie just for the 2 15. The whole of the film is spectacular and a classic. I am going to go see it again and in 40 years I have only gone to see a film twice 3 times before. 🎉congrats to all involved in making top gun maverick.
I must admit, after the scramjet scene and Maverick walked into the dinner, I immediately disengaged my mind and said " DISENGAGED? Roger! Copy that, you are clear to enjoy!" And preceeded to carry on.

Definitely worth returning to a theatre for. Probably the last movie I'll ever see in theatres but 100% worth it the movie score is amazing
Only problem with this particular clip of the scene is it excludes Hangman's "damn", which is just so perfect and reflects to what extent Maverick has just done the impossible…..that even the arrogant Hangman had to give props…..should re-edit
I love how everyone in the room is doing what the audience is doing, literally moving to the edges of their seats and staring in awe.

never understood the 2.5 minutes restriction, I seriously doubt the enemy can scramble and intercept in 2.5 minutes. There is lots of human error. Sighting/radar, reporting, chain of command, issuing the order, running on tarmacs, etc.
A perfect movie send off for a movie that fueled my childhood fantasies of becoming a pilot 30+ somethin yrs ago. Honestly I dont think they can make another one that can top this one, so pls let this be the last.

I love this film.. but cruise is the only one doing the physical mechanisms to deal with high G properly. lol I hope lady ovaries weren't the one puking every day cos she literally has the advantage. I am i woman myself, this is like the only place where women have the level playing field.
I thought there was no possible way any movie scene this year could top the Pattinson Batmobile revving it's engines in the darkness as far as sheer goosebump-inducing hype goes, and then I saw this 3 minute masterpiece.
The things you get for it not being CGI, the wings bending, yes the wings of the plane bend, the small movements of the control surfaces, the vortices forming on the wings and the strakes. Sometimes it just pays to really do the thing

why cut the end so you miss the feeling in the room
This is a great scene not just because of the climax, it shows what a real leader is, how he opens the way… Thats why its also inspiring besides everything else… One of the best 5 movies Ive seen in the last 5 years for sure!

With the exception of "Born on the 4th of July", hands down, the best movie he has ever been in, even if you were to compile all of his movies together. This movie rocks like no other action movie 10/10
one of the best movie sequences ive ever seen. everyone at my theatre seemed to be holding their breath while watching this! amazing tension and development and the climax. our theatre cheered when he finished the run lol
