Ukraine’s National Guard servicemen used anti-aircraft cannon against Russian troops in Kharkiv on Wednesday. The country’s forces have ramped up plans to retake Russian-controlled regions in the south. Russia took parts of southern Ukraine in the earlier phases of its military offensive which began in February.
