I watched this movie when i was in 6th grade now I’m in college. This is a masterpiece.
Me seeing chihiro saying goodbye to zeniba made me cry so hard because it reminds me of me saying goodbye to my grandma when i was eight year old after taking care of me when i was a baby to move on to my real mother
spirited away… watched it in my 20s…and now it has become my 11 year old daughter's favorite movie… she probably has watched it 30 times…
Crying and sobbing over how this movie reminds me of me, my brother and sister watching it all together . Every time I hear the soundtracks it brings me back to warm summer evenings when I was little , it will be my forever comfort movie . Thank you Miyazaki

Who is the girl in the bottom right? I need answers
Why did you put the girl from Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind on this poster. I was confused for several minutes trying to figure out if she was a character in spirited away. She is not, therefor her presence on this picture is misleading.
I finally got to watch this movie and wow.. it really deserves all the love because it’s truly a masterpiece!

I am Japanese. Among the Ghibli works, "Spirited Away" is considered by various people. Among them, it is said that Chihiro was able to return to the original world because he wrote the wrong name when he signed the paper contracting with Yubaba. So Chihiro was able to come back even if he forgot his name. I can't help wondering what happened to Rin at the end. She told Chihiro, "I'm leaving here someday." Chihiro, whose name was taken by Yubaba and spent a few days with him, returned to the original world. It must have been very painful and sad.

always resonated with Chihiro’s character – lotta times in my life, it’s felt like I’m thrusted into a brand new situation and have to find a way to live with it… and this beautiful tale of a girl being taken from her family and learning to fight for her freedom is a very lovely idea, indeed!
