【ストーリー】
宇宙でのミッション中のアクシデントで、特殊な能力を得てしまった４人の宇宙飛行士。天才科学者であり、チームのリーダー、リード・リチャーズ／ミスター・ファンタスティック（ペドロ・パスカル）は、身体がゴムのように伸縮自在となる能力と卓越した知性と発明の才能を持つ、チームのリーダー的な存在。リードのパートナーであるスー・ストーム／インビジブル・ウーマン（ヴァネッサ・カービー）は、身体を透明化する能力の持ち主で、チームの精神的支柱としてメンバーを支えるしっかり者。スーの弟、ジョニー・ストーム／ヒューマン・トーチ（ジョセフ・クイン）は、全身を炎に包み、高速で空を飛ぶことができる、若く陽気なチームのムードメーカー的存在。そして、リードの親友で、岩のような強固な身体を持つベン・グリム／ザ・シング（エボン・モス＝バクラック）は、たぐいまれなる怪力の持ち主。そんな特殊能力を持つ4名で構成された彼らは、ニューヨークのバクスター・ビルに拠点を置き、時には“家族”、時にはヒーローチーム“ファンタスティック４”として活躍している。
