   Court cases should not be allowed to be extended citing more motions. Someone having more money to out spend you into submission should be illegal.
   If you wabt to file for a motion to dismiss it should be made that you need to ensure the other party can challenge it wheather that means you have to pay for their legal advice to challenge it.
   Slapp suits should be completely illegal.

    Here's a solution all sane people can support:
    1: Infowars goes for sale;
    2: Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and Beyonce buy Infowars and all IP connected to it;
    3: everything but the Infowars store site is shut down and allowed to go fallow, but they keep it forever so no one else can use it;
    4: the Infowars store is changed to a home page directing people to the merch stores for the three artists, while "You Need to Calm Down" plays quietly in the background.

    Many problems solved, and with luck some of Jones worshippers will stroke out when they hit the merch site.

    5:18 Okay 10 million wont even cover court costs? What the actual hell is wrong with our legal system that allows court costs to get this high? Even if its a low ball settlement offer it is still an unfathomably large number for most people and a strong indication that the government needs to do more to regulate the costs of legal services in this country
