諏訪部さんって、料理上手なイメージがある。というか、諏訪部さんと言えば、「“FSN”のアーチャー」という印象強いから😊😊それに、私は中学時代の部活が茶道部というのもあり、今でも抹茶が好きで…抹茶を使ったお菓子とか妹が私に買ってきてくれたり、自分でも買ったりとかありますし、和菓子を買って自分で抹茶を点てることはたまにある。その時には点てる前に、抹茶を専用のこし器で必ずこしてから使うようにしてます。そうしないと、点てている時にダマが出来て舌触りが粉っぽくザラッとしてしまって全然美味しくないのでね😥😥もちろん使う茶碗をお湯で茶筅通しして温めてね😉
