I am from Mississippi and for some reason, mosquitoes love me to the point where even in the hottest weather, I have had to be clothed from head to toes to keep from getting bit up so much. I literally can walk outside for less than a minute and come back in with tons of bites. I appreciate this recipe and all the additional comments about using other oils too. I love not only finding and making all natural products, but using them too and trying them out! I greatly appreciate all the information from the video and everyone. I will definitely do some trying with different oils like the olive oil, jojoba oil, or others listed. ❤❤❤
I grew up on this recipe! Cloves is great, eucalyptus and citronella oils also work. Almond and/or jojoba oil I'm going to replace the baby oil with because it clogs the pores and is also used as a tanning product ie. Baby oil cooks you!

Just alcohol and cloves also make a great mouth wash that kills bacteria in gum disease and aleviates teeth pain.

It does not look like you added 1 cup (8 oz) of alcohol in that container as it was only 1/4 filled….what kind of a ‘cup’ did you use?
