70s bill murray got me actin strange
Simply the best
A very young Bill Murray
maybe one of the inspirations for Tony Clifton
This song was popular for two years. So was Nights and White Satin. Still better music then anything in 2020s
LMAO
*baby it's cold outside – my request lol… Oh wait we can't play that song anymore lol
Funny b/c people from this era have all sang this tune… And "ET. Phone Home, ET phone home" And Twilight Zone and Jeopardy… Hey you guys…Ggggqwwwwaaaaahhhh (chewy sounds – sorry had to add)
Remember when SNL was actually FUNNY??
💎💎💎💎 i love it
And Bill finally appeared in a homage to the Star Wars bar scene in Ant-Man Quantumania.
I loved how Bill Murray called every woman 👠 a snow bunny or a snow muffin. So funny.
Welcome to The powder room!!😂
During the 40th anniversary show, Bill Murray sort of paid tribute to this character by "singing" the theme to "Jaws". Still sounded alright singing it, as did Paul Shaffer with playing on the piano.
Jimmy Joe Redsky lol lol lol
I never realized that the guy playing the piano in this sketch is FREAKING PAUL SCHAEFER!
With Paul on the ivories.
You know there are thousands of people like this character, playing in the local hotel and bowling alley bars.
Several times my father mentioned in passing, praising the comedic genius of it, the act in which Bill Murray sang lyrics to the star wars theme, but not until now did I think of looking it up, and only now have I been able to learn firsthand just how profoundly unfunny it is. Having finally seen it now, I feel like I have experienced the culmination of many years of disappointment all at once. And here I thought SNL was funny at the beginning and only jumped the shark in the last few decades. Well, the John Belushi sketches were pretty decent at least. Especially the samurai ones.
Isn’t this the theme from 2001? Maybe it’s later in video
I remember when SNL was actually funny. I miss those days.
So dern talented!!!!
