    Great video thank you so much pls I want to make an organic lightening oil with sym white powder and vit c powder but don’t know the vit c powder that’s oil soluble can u help pls and is this combination fine thanks

    It’s not a requirement to list your preservative per guidelines. Just like you wouldn’t list your emulsifiers stabilizers etc. Listing them is optional. But its a good practice to be transparent.
