  1. It's a bit surprising to see someone with migraines or an interest in sustainability recommend essential oils. They're very common migraine triggers, and can be skin and lung irritants to humans and pets, particularly if not diluted properly. They're also incredibly resource-intensive to produce and as they provide no benefit other than scent and a halo of "natural" benefits, I really don't see the need for their inclusion. The tips are otherwise great!

  2. Girl same!! I’ve been using Fabuloso cause I love the purple one but it’s toxic!! I’ve always used Dr.Bronners in and out of the shower there’s so many uses for it! And great scents! And I started making my own cleaner with 90% rubbing alcohol distilled water and lavender oil I don’t use tea tree cause I have a dog. Your content is inspiring!
Quick ? how do you get on with the vinegar smell? I hate vinegar smell and the only way I know to neutralize it is a cleaner I make with vinegar, good smelling laundry soap and distilled water. But just vinegar and water alone I can’t handle that smell.

  3. You should switch from isopropyl alcohol to everclear, it’s healthier and made from grain. Also, get some borax in there, I don’t think I saw any.

  4. Biochemist here! You should consider adding hydrogen peroxide 3% to your list too. It decomposes into water and oxygen after oxidation, and the 3% concentration is strong enough to oxidizes the cell walls of bacteria, molds, and dead blood cells but still weak enough that it doesn’t (usually) cause skin irritation. It’s best used on non-porous surfaces like the porcelain in your tubs or toilets. Just remember that it’s still an oxidizer like bleach, so don’t mix it with acids like vinegar or lemon juice.
