  1. are you really supposed to cleanse your face this gently if you have oily skin? love your channel by the way! 💞❤️

  2. My skin actually improved when I started to wash my face only with water in morning and cleanser in night. Because using cleanser strips away the barrier our skin works hard to build overnight.

  3. I use oil cleanser in the morning since it’s gentle enough but also can remove the heavy moisturiser I put on at night due to my dry skin.

  4. Doesn't work for me. I have to heal my damaged barrier because of washing my face in the morning and washing my face for a minute in the PM. I have normal skin (not oily or dry) that's currently reactive, but it's aquired sensitivity, not natural. I now don't wash my face in the AM at all – no water, nothing. I wake up with clean, moisturized skin that's finally not sticky after my PM routine, not red AT ALL, just soft and nice. When I woke up like this one day, I thought: "Why should I even wash my face? I want to prolong this and enjoy my skin for a while", and it was the wisest decision in my life lol. Since then I simply apply a drop of my moisturizer (on skin that's not washed or rinsed at all), and to my surprise it works really well. Zero redness during the day, less sensitivity, skin is more balanced (not oily, not dehydrated, not dry), and it doesn't look dirty or something. It's just too much to wash it after 8 hours of sleep, it's literally still perfectly clean. And it's just "healed" itself by doing its thing during the night. It was bad when I would remove those ceramides and cholesterole from my skin to then apply products with ceramides and cholesterole 😀 Seriously guys, if your barrier is damaged, TRY (at least once) to not wash or rinse your face and just apply a moisturizer when you feel dry. Maybe do it on the day when you're not planning to go outside, so you feel more comfortable. And just see how your skin reacts. Everyone's skin is different and loves different things!

  5. You need to wash with a sulfur and peptides based cleanser to naturally disinfect your face and tighten skin. You need the Hair & Whole Body Bar by Skinlyte as it contains very beneficial collagen and keratin peptides. It is a glycerin based soap that has Vitamin C, organic sulfur and growth factors. I got it on Amazon and you can find it by searching for Skinlyte. The collagen peptides will supply the fibroblast cells and encourage the production of collagen in your skin. It provides structural support to prevent sagging and wrinkles. The keratin peptides in combination with the growth factors will speed up new skin cell formation (hyperplasia) as skin cells are made up of soft keratin. It prevents thinning, crepey skin and will even out your skin tone. This procedure is sometimes referred to as Collagen Banking. It is done to prevent future loss of skin collagen that will lead to sagging, crepey or thinning skin. This product will allow you to Keratin Bank simultaneously. Skin is made up of soft keratin so keratin banking is as important as collagen banking. It is all natural and without synthetic chemicals like fragrance (hidden phthalates which are endocrine disruptors) or colors that cause irritation and redness. As such, it can be left on the skin all day and used as a serum or mask after washing with it.
