Does the soap still work? My sister added alittle vinegar in her Bronners face wash and now theres little white bits of fat like you said can she still use it ?
It shifts the equilibrium in solution from soluble sodium salts of fatty acids to fatty acids. It doesn’t take it back to its oil state, ie, doesn’t unsaponify it.
Thank you for posting this! I made cold press liquid soap with potassium hydroxide and oil. It has not sat long enough and i was thinking of adding water and vinegar to male it usable as shampoo. Your video has explained why that will not work. I am cooking to process as hot process soap like i normally do instead!

I mixed these not knowing to not mix them… Now I have the residue in my washer, how do I get it out of my washer!?
can i use castile soap, soda wash & borax to wash and vinegar to rinse ? i think that would work right? what y’all think?
I wonder what clorox bleach would do to it? Now, I wanna experiment! 😅
