I have to rely heavily on electrolyte drinks because of my health conditions but you have to take it easy with them. They can definitely be good for you! But too much will definitely make you really sick.

If ice and not taking meds works for him, it works for him. Everything doesn't have to be cookie cutter and as much as I rely on Western Medicine sometimes doctors get it wrong. Was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and first suggestion was to put me on Metformin. No thank you. Exercise, low carb diet, Intermittent fasting and 10lbs weight loss later, blood sugar numbers are normal.
*Men and Women have different skin types.
Ice is OKAY if you don’t have have Super Sensitive Skin.

I have had bad trigeminal neuralgia and I don't understand how a person would NOT know that they have a severe pain condition brought on by touching their face. Does that happen? I'm so confused.
When my brother was a baby and had breakouts my mom put diapers on his face. I was like 😱🤢🤮
She said babies' urine is pure based on what they eat. Sure enough two days later the breakouts cleared up. She told me not to do that to myself with my pea lol.
