    I have been a platinum member of Dior UK since the beginning of August. The people from Dior told me I would receive the seasonal gift in May or June. But I do not understand why. Can I receive only one yearly gift because I am a platinum member? How is it done in the US?

    I think I've had it with Dior. I had to contact them repeatedly last year for my Platinum gift at Christmas, now this year once again I have not received my gift. I am at Gold level now. They also have a very irritating website that never works correctly. Very irritating.

    I think the super expensive gift is more valuable than the special unique not for sale gift (not for the rich people of course lol)
