My Lodestar is currently at M5 (S2M3, S3M2) because I ran out of materials but he's perhaps one of the most flexible Operators we've had in a good long while. ASPD buff and debuff from talent, DEF increase on S1, AOE damage and healing on S2 and DEF/RES shred with more than decent damage on S3. I can see him easily taking a spot in CC-esque content pretty much everywhere.
First time i saw tinman, i never thought this class can be a solid healer
