It's either;
Do you want to use single wield for good damage but low crit odds for skill recharge?
Or do you want to dual wield to increase crit odds for skill recharge but sacrifice the damage?
Hoping he's a no BS just straight up damage guy like Angrim.

Glad to see he's in the game, I already played the PS1 version of SOTSS to death and recently finished the remake, and probably won't be playing those for awhile, so having him in a game I play regularly (Last Cloudia) will be nice. Will be pulling but looks slightly disappointing so far in terms of meta use. One of the few IPS and Character within said IP I would pull for regardless of whether my account needs it or not though. Good luck to everyone on their pulls if they decide to go for him.
Am I the only one that misses the original english voice actor for him? Only thing I really wanted that was missing from the remake. I know the original vas could be corny, maybe it's nostalgia but I liked the more masculine voice that seems to go with his character.

A hybrid unit? If I remember correctly in Star Ocean: Anamnesis, both his original and alt are also hybrid units.
